Typical dishes of the
Piedmontese tradition
Our Chef will offer you traditional Piedmontese dishes.
The house's specialty is risottos, of which there is a wide selection: with speck and toma, with sausage and peppers (Monzese style), parmigiana, menabrea (typical Piedmontese beer). And above all, you can enjoy an excellent panissa vercellese, the city's typical risotto, made with beans and underfat salami.
On the menu you will also find different types of pasta offered with typical condiments that are absolutely worth trying and the special meat agnolotti with veal bottoms.
Second courses include traditional Barolo braised meat, masterfully cooked roasts, stews, and grilled meat.
A couple of times a week, the daily menu also features seafood dishes such as seafood risotto, Mediterranean-style cod fillet, swordfish, shrimp, and other delicacies.
Desserts include bonnet, a local amaretti pudding, panna cotta (a must-have Piedmontese dessert), and a delicious homemade tiramisu.
